The perfect fourth of July dress may be covered in stars, but the sexiest top for the long weekend has got to be this halter by Rachel Pally. In midnight blue and white striped jersey, the halter is simple and unassuming from the front but features a plunging low back. A 3-inch band at the hemline accentuates your waistline but my favorite detail is the stylish tie at the neck and bottom hem. Pair these with white--or if you're really in the spirit--red jeans for a perfectly patriotic July 4th.
